Whenever you make a home you always make sure that everything looks cleaned and clear especially the walls and the flooring. In present times people mostly use Laminate flooring to add more flavor to their floor. Laminate floor give a very decent look to the room or hall but there is one thing you have to look for on the daily basis. When you walk on Laminate floor it becomes dusty and scratchy and it is important to clean laminate floors regularly if you want to maintain that shine and smoothness. So question arises how to clean laminate floors easily so that there should be no scratches and dampness. Here we will discuss with you some of easiest methods on how to clean laminate floors.

How to Clean Laminate Floors through Simple Cleaning Method

·         One of the simple methods to clean laminate floors is to sweep them on daily basis using a dry mop to remove any dirt present over the floor. As we know that most of the laminate floors are dust resistant but excessive hair, dirt and small stones stuck with our boots can cause scratched and roughness on laminate floors. You can also use any type of vacuum cleaner to suck small amount of dust present on the laminate floor. It is advisable not to use regular brush with hard bristles otherwise your laminate floor will be exposed to scratches. Always try to sweep in the direction in which tiles have been laid doing this will allow you to remove any debris or dirt laid on the conjunction of tiles.
·         If there are any liquid marks left over the laminate floor then take a dry cloth to remove them immediately. Never allow any liquid even water to sat on the laminate surface for the long time period or there will stains left over the surface.

 How to Clean Laminate Floors using Hot Water

In our second method we will show you how to clean Laminate floors using hot water. Follow the steps below.
·         First fill a bucket with hot water. Keep in mind that water should not be severe boiled but it should be mild. Always clean your laminate floors with hot water every month or after you see mud or dirt over it.
·         Using hot water to clean laminate floors is the best method. Hot water removes any type of hard stains or streaks left over the laminate floors and will not affect the protective coating present over the top of laminate flooring.
·         Soak the dry mop in boiled water for a moment. Keep in mind that you can use traditional mops but sponge mop will perform best when cleaning laminate floors. Wrung out the mop in the bucket before you apply it on the floor as puddles of water can also leave stains on the laminate floor. So it is advisable that mop should be damped mildly before applying it over the surface.
·         Now start from one side of the room to the other side gently. Try to move from one corner towards the exit of the room so that you should not have to walk again over the cleaned area.
·         After cleaning the laminate floor use any dry fiber cloth to dry the surface or let it air dry.

How to Clean Laminate Floors using Vinegar

Cleaning laminate floor using Vinegar is one of the most effective methods. Follow the steps below
·         Mix water and vinegar with each other. Pour 60ml vinegar in a spray bottle and fill rest of the bottle with water and shake it well. Vinegar solution is best for the scenarios in which your laminate floors are damped due to mud and hard stains which take away the shine of flooring.
·         Now spray the mixture of vinegar and water over the area on laminate floor where there are hard stains or dampness. Just keep in mind not to spray the floor at once or you will affect the protective coating of the laminate floor. Always spray the solution not more than 1 foot area.
·         After spraying over the 1 foot area immediately clean that area using dry fiber cloth or sponge mop.

·         Let the area dry using dry cloth or let it air dry.
